The starlet landed in New York City late on Wednesday night and headed out to the clubs, partying until well after 2 a.m. according to our sources. Yet Kim was up bright and early to get her hair and makeup done for the unveiling of her Madame Tussauds wax figure yesterday morning. On Monday, Kate Gosselin slapped on her best “Ann Taylor Works the Stripper Pole” outfit for a quick jaunt to Target. Paris Hilton seems to have forgotten that she’s the old Kim Kardashian. And a lot less likable. When she can get photographers to take her picture, Paris can’t even play it cool anymore. She’s always been enthralled with herself, but if you look closely at her face, you can see there’s a new level of desperation and a near pleading in her eyes. Which makes it hard to look away.

According to Radar and TMZ, Lindsay latest assistant, a woman named Elinore, quit recently due to Lohan’s unreasonable demands, borderline-abusive behavior and general craziness. Last night INF Daily’s London photographers found Gwyneth Paltrow, Kirsten Dunst, Elle Macpherson, Thandie Newton, Alexa Chung, Daisy Lowe, Anjelica Huston with Jerry Hall, Claire Forlani with Dougray Scott, Pixie Geldoff, and Sophie Dahl partying it up at a gala dinner celebrating the relaunch of the Louis Vuitton store on Bond Street in London.

Gwyneth looked especially pretty in a gray Louis Vuitton dress with a plunging keyhole neckline and a full circle skirt. Her swept back hair was perfect (if a little stiff), her makeup was stunning… overall a flawless appearance. Gemma Arterton looked beautiful and feminine in a warm rose-colored boatneck dress from next season’s Louis Vuitton collection, while Kirsten Dunst wore a dark blue corseted LV dress that was perhaps a couple of inches too long for her.

Creative director Marc Jacobs sang backup to Donna Summer for a bit while celebs shopped through the store’s elaborate rooms, which were decorated by a local theater company. One room was a pine forest that had a luxury tent where a genie-type lady served absinthe; another was decked out to look like a vintage shipping port; another was a mini-harem. There was a "bag bar," that had stools positioned in front of rotating racks of purses. Oh, and a VIP apartment for shoppers above the store.

One of INF Daily’s photographers found a fresh-faced Kristin Cavallari in West Hollywood yesterday. Kristin was picking up bouquets of huge yellow sunflowers and pink and peach roses from Moe’s Flowers on Melrose in West Hollywood. The Hills actress tweeted that she was going to TheBigBluff.com game launch event – we’re wondering if the flowers were for someone there? She also tweeted pictures of her hair and outfit prior to the night, which was launching an online trivia game.

We caught up with Cameron Diaz as she shopped at Barney’s in New York City yesterday after spending the day with not-so-secret boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.

Cameron’s going for a more subtle approach in A-Rod’s life than Kate Hudson took. While Kate was visible at every single one of the Yankees’ games, Diaz is keeping it low-key and avoiding the sporting events.

But she’s still trying to ingratiate herself with the Yankees – by befriending the players’ wives and girlfriends. Cameron browsed through  handbags at Barney’s with Joanna Garcia, the girlfriend of Yankees outfielder and first baseman Nick Swisher. Diaz returned to A-Rod’s Central Park West apartment super late last night.
