Isn’t there some sort of rule that celebs have to acknowledge each other’s celebtastic presence when out and about? Maybe exchange winged trophies or something? Anything that acknowledges “I am fabulous in a very rare way and so are you.” Unless, of course, they’re in a tiff, or used to date the same girl, or their agents used to date and it didn’t end well so they’ve got to shun each other. Megan Fox is a girl on the move. She may have been booted from The Transformers franchise for comparing Michael Bay to Hitler (Steven Spielberg didn’t look too kindly on that) and Megan may have hooked up with Shia LaBeouf, but this girl is not staying out of the spotlight. Oh no. Fox turned up on the set of her new movie The Dictator and brought along her husband Brian Austen Green. Just to prove they’re still together, I guess.

INF Daily caught gorgeous Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Shia LaBeouf filming scenes for the new Transformers: Dark of the Moon in L.A. yesterday. This is just our humble opinion, but we think Rosie is a serious upgrade from Megan Fox.

Shia and Rosie were doing special effects scenes where an explosion slams them against a building. This is her first acting gig – and it appears she’s already perfected her helpless save me face. Check out the second picture – bet she doesn’t make that expression too often on the Victoria’s Secret runway.

Biker boy Shia LaBeouf and his real-life girlfriend, British actress Carey Mulligan, were up close and personal this morning as they filmed more scenes for their new movie ‘Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.’

The couple were shooting for the flick in downtown Manhattan.

And Carey seemed to be having lots of fun grabbing on to her man as they drove up and down the streets on the back of a trailer.

The pair have been dating for months and have been spotted out in the city at a number of romantic cafes and restaurants.

We don’t see Shia LaBeouf on the East coast too often so it was a treat today when we got to see the young actor running around New York City.  Taking advantage of the warm weather, Shia was dressed in a blue flannel and hat as picked up some cigarettes and a newspaper; of course Shia was still rocking his favorite accessory-his cast!

Shia LaBeouf is still rocking that cast from his car accident, but it looks to have gotten smaller.  The Transformers star is now only bandaged up to his wrist, making it a nice mitten-like cast.

Shia seems to be a BIG fan of Arizona Iced Tea, he is holding a bottle nearly every time we spot him by his Los Angeles home.  Perhaps Shia is actually sponsored by the company in some capacity and is a low key brand ambassador ala LiLo and her nicotine gum.

We spotted Shia LaBeouf going over a script while getting lunch with a friend at King’s Road Cafe in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon.  Shia is still wearing a cast nearly 7 months after he flipped his truck in a late night collision.  Bummer ’bout his injury but I still think he looks hot in green jeans and black Vans!

Shia LaBeouf will not be charged with a DUI from his July car accident, but his license could be suspended for refusing a breathalyzer test.

The L.A. County District Attorney had "insufficient evidence" to charge Shia, but he must now appear at a traffic hearing at the Department of Motor Vehicles on Friday. His license could be suspended for up to nine months.

"Shia is most happy that he will not have to go to court," his attorney, Michael Norris, told the AP. "I anticipate that once we do have the opportunity to litigate the matter at the DMV that his license will not be suspended."

Shia has gone back to work on Transformers 2 and his injury has been written into the movie. He told Entertainment Tonight, "It was one of the biggest things that’s happened to me, for sure, in my life," he added. "I’m grateful to be here."
