Then seen or be seen celeb hot spot this weekend wasn’t the newest club, best restaurant, or trendy boutique. It was Mr. Bones’ Pumpkin Patch, where anyone who was anyone brought their kids to spend some quality time with hay bales, gourds, and squashes. And because this is West Hollywood and not the pumpkin bin outside your grocery store, there’s also an enormous inflatable slide that looks pretty slamming.

Rebecca Gayheart was happily shopping yesterday at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. I guess she’s feeling good now that her husband Eric Dane is safely ensconced in rehab. Eric, aka McSteamy from Grey’s Anatomy suffered a sports injury during hiatus from the show and was prescribed some pain killers. Ruh-roh. Those are super addictive.

Just days after welcoming their first child into the world, Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have arrived back home in Los Angeles with their new bundle of joy.

Eric was on daddy duty, carrying his daughter into the family home.

While Rebecca was helped by a friend into the house.

Rebecca, 38, gave birth Wednesday in LA.

The 37-year-old Dane stars on the ABC drama "Grey’s Anatomy" and most recently played a Brett Favre-esque retiring quarterback in the movie "Valentine’s Day." His wife is best known for roles in television shows that have included Fox shows "90210" and "Vanished."

We spotted actress Rebecca Gayheart out shopping LA yesterday, and we’re beginning to believe all the rumors she’s pregnant.

Rebecca has commented officially on the gos that she has a bun in the oven.

But she certainly looks like she’s got a baby bump thing going on.

The only thing that makes us a little unsure, is as she drove off we caught her having a drag from a cigarette.

And we all know that smoking when you’re pregnant is a huge No No.

Although reps for Eric and wife, Rebecca Gayheart, are denying the rumors that a home video which hit the internet shows them in a sordid threesome, it still begs the question ‘why shoot it in the first place?’

They stripped down with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche for a 12-minute video two years ago.

But Peniche’s manager David Weintraub says it was all just ”good fun.”

"This is not a sex tape," he adds. "It’s guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."

Dane and Gayheart appear intoxicated as they lay naked in bed with Peniche at her apartment. They also relax in a Jacuzzi together and discuss their porn names.

They have threatened to sue anyone media that shows the video. Killjoys!!

The cast of Grey’s Anatomy aren’t basking on the sun on a tropical beach but rather working steady to produce another season of medical dramady.

Check out Katherine Heigl on her smoke break, Patrick Dempsey loading up on the lunch line, Eric Dane receiving a visit from Rebecca Gayheart and Chandra Wilson, Ellen Pompeo and Sara Ramirez taking a break between scenes. 

Katherine recently told the Associated Press that she has no plans of leaving Grey’s.  There were rumors that she might be leaving the show due to her movie shooting sched (she was just in France shooting Five Killers) but the actress said she would make it work by doing the projects doing her summer hiatus.  “I’m more than happy to make that compromise. As my agent likes to say, ‘High-class problems," she joked.

And now onto another case of infidelity.  We spotted Balthazar Getty’s famous friends, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, leaving his Los Angeles home after paying a visit to Balthazar’s wife Rosetta Millington and their children.  After initially denying reports of problems (check out Balthazar telling us that everything is just fine) in his marriage, Balthazar has finally come clean about his affair with Sienna Miller. 
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience, especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed by wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

I guess those pictures of him canoodling with Sienna Miller on a yacht are a bit of a smoking gun.  The couple have four children together, including an 8-month-old baby, nice work a-hole!

And you remember a certain someone celebrated his 30th birthday at said club that night…that’s right several famous people patronized Socialista on the 7th for Ashton Kutcher’s party. INF has these pictures of Demi Moore, Lucy Liu, Selma Hayek, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Rebeca Gayhart, Eric Dane and many others were all there that night! Uh oh!  Someone who was working at the club on those nights is infected with the disease and now bar owners and the Health Department of NYC are urging people to get vaccinated!
Hepatits A is a liver disease caused by the Hepatits A virus.  It is spread from person to person by putting something in their mouth that has been contaminated by the stool of a person with Hep A. Again, GROSS!  See kids, even the famous people can’t escape the social disease!  Hep A knows no social class!
