What on earth happened at the Oscars last night? Anne Hathaway and James Franco completely bombed, that’s what happened. They took what was normally a fun event and turned it into the most boring night on television. In front of billions of people all over the world.

Franco was either completely and utterly nervous with stage fright or high. Or both. Anne just seemed to over compensate with her smiles and exuberance. But what we really missed were the jokes. What happened to an opening show that made us laugh? See More

Three guys stood out for us on Oscar night – Russell Brand, Robert Downey Jr. and Christian Bale. These three actually wore something other than the standard government issue penguin suit. Hooray! Men don’t really have a lot of choice on the red carpet so it’s refreshing to see some guys opting out of the norm.

We don’t care what Joan Rivers and/or Kelly Osbourne and the rest of the Fashion Police peeps have to say. It’s so nice to see something different! Thank you boys for doing your part. It is very much appreciated.
