As INF Daily speculated a few weeks ago when we showed you this telling picture of Nicole Richie with a definite baby bump, it appears the waifish celeb is indeed pregnant with Joel Madden‘s baby. We have confirmed through independent sources that the, er, "actress" is currently under the care of a pediatric specialist in Beverly Hills and that the baby is due in November. Nicole plans to wed emo rocker Joel this summer, a few months shy of the birth. No doubt she is hoping the judge in her upcoming DUI hearing will look more kindly on a lady with child and keep her sentence to the minimum she can receive for a conviction – five days in jail.

We know why Paris Hilton has been freed…her former party pal Nicole Richie wants her bed! As Paris managed to succefully blag her way out of the slammer (claiming she’s going bonkers behind bars) her one-time BFF Nicole is crapping herself that she could be the next high-profile celeb to taste prison food. She told David Letterman that she is ”worried” she could be locked away for DUI. But don’t worry Nicole, you’ll be out again within the hour.

Nicole Richie was showing off a healthy little pot belly when we spotted her at Ralph’s supermarket in West Hollywood yesterday. Surely she couldn’t be, ya know, PREGNANT? She and best pal Mischa Barton were shopping for Memorial Day barbeque supplies.

Paris Hilton gave Simple Life crew members an eyeful when she decided to change her outfit in public at Kitson on Robertson Blvd. Paris was filming scenes for her reality show at the chi-chi West Hollywood store with Nicole Richie, when she decided to change her outfit at the last minute before a take. "She didn’t bother to go into the changing room, and she was down to her underwear right there in the store," said a witness. Unfortunately, the scene was out of sight of the waiting fans and paps outside, but here’s a shot of the dress Paris finally opted for.

At last, Nicole Richie is starting to look as if there is some meat on her bones. Check out those chunky thighs! Hopefully her new found romance with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden will help to keep her gaining pounds.
