Yesterday afternoon INF Daily’s photographers found Madonna doing some location scouting for her film W.E. in Villefranche-sur-Mer, France. Not a bad gig, huh? The singer/actress/now director has been working on the movie for the last month, mostly shooting in and around London. But this week the shoot’s taken Madge and her crew to the South of France where she surveyed several yachts.

Last night we found Madonna leaving Club Quarters in Trafalgar Square, London, where she was filming scenes for her upcoming film W.E. Madge has been running all over Guy Ritchie’s London stomping ground during the filming (she’s the director), leading many to speculate that she’s trying to steal his thunder and out-direct him. Madge is sticking with her ambition to be a director, despite being ridiculed for her previous directing attempts (supposedly even by then-husband, director Guy Ritchie). If there’s anything that could reunite Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, it’s fashion. The former BFFs supposedly stopped speaking several months ago, though no one was about why. INF Daily’s photographers spotted Madonna landing at Heathrow Airport in London this morning on a long flight from Los Angeles. While Madge is known for looking haggard at times – and nearly all of us look haggard after flying – she actually looked quite nice. Madonna was sporting a long scarf over her leather blazer, black pants, and black platform heels. First class makes all the difference.

Madonna didn’t say much, and certainly didn’t mention the rumored ice freeze between her and BFF Gwenyth Paltrow. Us Weekly reported that Madge is jealous of Gwyneth, but their source doesn’t know the specifics of their falling out. Madonna put her best leather jacket through her favorite shredder for an evening out at nightclub Aura in London last night. The singer thew a huge thank you party for her backup dancers on her “Sticky & Sweet” tour. She flew all 18 of them to London, then took them out for dinner at Supperclub in Notting Hill. Madge shelled out for bottles of Cristal champagne that arrived with sparklers in the neck.

Afterwards they headed to Aura where Madonna, 51, easily kept up with dancers half her age.

“The evening was a thank-you to her team after their hard work on her recent tour,” a source told British newspaper The Evening Standard. “Madonna didn’t have any of her own extra security. She was happy to mix with the dancers on the dance floor and filmed them doing elaborate routines in front of a gawping crowd.”

The group spent most of the evening showing off their moves on the dance floor, with Madonna encouraging them to hold dance offs. It’s not the first time the singer has pitted the dancers against each other – she did the same at Guy Oseary’s annual Oscar’s bash in Hollywood earlier this year. (via Indy Posted)

Madonna’s on-again-off-again boyfriend Jesus Luz was nowhere in sight. She also got a parking ticket for leaving her car unattended in the middle of the road.

Madonna and her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon hit the town in New York City last night for the Bent on Learning event. Lourdes was either very tired or very not into the event. She makes little attempt to hide the boredom on her face.

Speaking of faces, Madge’s is looking wonky as usual. Our photographers caught some truly frightening pictures of the terrified-of-aging diva last night at the benefit. It doesn’t look like she’s had anything new done; it’s more that as her old work settles in you realize what a mistake it was.

Madonna looks fine in some photos, but you can tell it all depends on the angle and the light. Catch her in the wrong one and her face looks like a package of ground turkey.
