It was a red sweater day for Angelina Jolie when she took Maddox to a Borders bookstore in Chicago over the weekend.

Maddox, Pax, Shiloh and Zahara must be breathing a collective sigh of relief.. Their mom has admitted to a magazine that she no longer has the lesbian and S&M cravings she once had. In the French mag Public, Angelina says: "I’ve never hidden my bisexuality, but since I’ve been with Brad, I abandoned women. Now there is no room for that or S&M in my life." Wild Angelina was once vocal about her lesbian and sado masochistic sexual preferences, and she had a long-term relationship with actress and model Jenny Shimizu. But Jenny doesn’t buy Ange’s new hetero  mom act. She recently told the UK’s News of the World newspaper: "Angelina loves danger and dabbling in the dark side. She is an unbelievable lesbian lover. That’s where she gets her kicks — not playing happy family with one man." Whatever. Angelina certainly looks happy enough as she goes on a Sunday shopping trip with Maddox in Chicago.

Maddox Jolie-Pitt left mom and dad to do the work of promoting Ocean’s Thirteen and took to the water in Cannes for a play date with his new BFF Adam Pearl. Little Adam is the son of tragic journalist Daniel Pearl and Mariane Pearl, whom Angelina Jolie plays in the movie A Mighty Heart. There is something satisfying about seeing two little boys, each with their own share of past problems, having so much fun together. We love these pictures.

Still in the Czech Republic while Angelina films, Brad Pitt has taken on full time daddy daycare duties for Maddox and the gang. We spotted him taking Mad – complete with MASSIVE rucksack – to school this morning, then chit-chatting with the other dads in the playground. Brad and Angelina both showed up later in the day to pick the little fella up and take him to an undercover Go Kart track which they had rented for him for two hours. Doesn’t seem right somehow for him to be driving round in circles on his own on a deserted track, with no other kids in sight.
