Shy girl Kelly Osbourne wasn’t too eager to share any information about her hippy-looking companion when we bumped into her in New York city on Monday night. In fact, Kelly made a point of keeping her distance from the guy. Is he the new love of her life? Or is he just a drinking buddy? Anyone know who he is?
