We gotta give Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel some major props for a good deed this weekend. Josh hosted Tokidoki’s Relief Run in Santa Monica yesterday to raise money for the Red Cross’ Japan Earthquake and Pacific Relief Fund. And both he and Fergie jogged in the run – which he emphatically pointed out to us was “not a race.” Josh also told INF Daily that sales of the Tokidoki shirt he was sporting already netted $91,000 for the organization. Josh Duhamel has been in New York City with his wife Fergie for the Billboard Awards. INF Daily caught up with Josh while he was out and about last night. Everything was hunky dory and then all of a sudden, he fell down in the street and nearly got run over by a car! It was pretty hairy there for a minute.

The Transformers star got up, brushed himself off, and laughed about the whole thing. We’re guessing he’s not going to be too mentally scarred by the near collision. And no doubt he will be recounting a more exaggerated version of the story for weeks to come.

Fergie, aka Stacy Ferguson, arrived at the Pierre Hotel in New York to receive the Woman of the Year Award yesterday from Billboard Magazine. The My Humps singer was escorted by her adorable hubby, Josh Duhamel.

Fergie clearly enjoyed the attention and smiled for the cameras. In her acceptance speech she congratulated all the other female recording artists and gushed how humbling it was to be in the company of such strong women. She went on to say, “For what used to be just a boys’ club, us bitches are coming up.” Nice Fergie. Way to keep it classy.

Josh Duhamel’s been in New York City this past week promoting his upcoming film Ramona and Beezus along with costar Selena Gomez. After spending the morning taping interviews for several entertainment shows, Josh headed to the Armani Exchange store in the Flatiron District for some retail therapy. We couldn’t help but notice how thin he’s gotten lately. Josh is also filming Transformers 3 in Chicago, which is an intensely physical movie. We expected he’d be putting on some muscle, not losing it!

Actor Josh Duhamel has been working hard on the set of his new movie, The Romantics, in Long Island, New York, all this week.

But the husband of Black Eyed Pea Fergie has also had time to enjoy some fun with the cast and crew…and that usually involves a quick game of ball during lunch break.
