As INF Daily speculated a few weeks ago when we showed you this telling picture of Nicole Richie with a definite baby bump, it appears the waifish celeb is indeed pregnant with Joel Madden‘s baby. We have confirmed through independent sources that the, er, "actress" is currently under the care of a pediatric specialist in Beverly Hills and that the baby is due in November. Nicole plans to wed emo rocker Joel this summer, a few months shy of the birth. No doubt she is hoping the judge in her upcoming DUI hearing will look more kindly on a lady with child and keep her sentence to the minimum she can receive for a conviction – five days in jail.

Whatever happened to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden? We’ve looked long and hard, but we can’t find them anywhere – not together at least. The rumors in La La Land are Nicole and Joel are just not getting on any more – probably because Nicole still loves DJ AM. And, though we hate to say it, it looks like INF won’t be getting an invite to a summer wedding after all.
