When INF Daily’s photographers snapped Bey for the first time since Blue’s arrival, the new mother was leaving husband Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in NYC, and wearing a slinky red dress.

Earlier in the evening he performed at Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.

So… say what you want about Beyonce’s “maybe” pregnancy. But her boobs are insane.

According to sources, Beyonce and Jay-Z just became the proud parents of a baby daughter, who they named Blue Ivy Carter.
