Britney Spears’ dad took her sons Jayden and Sean for a fun trip to the beach on Friday in Brazil. The Spears clan is in Rio de Janiero for the big kickoff to the South American leg of Brit’s Femme Fatale tour.

Maddie is growing up so fast! The teensy niece of Britney Spears was spotted out with her mama Jamie Lynn and grandpa Jamie all wrapped up in pink!

Since splitting with her baby’s daddy, Casey Aldrige, a few weeks ago Jamie Lynn has moved back home with her parents in Kentwood, Louisiana, and she is reportedly dating a guy 10-years her senior.

A source close to Miss Spears has reported that Jamie Lynn’s "going through a lot of changes. It has been painful. She’s a young mother and struggling in a lot of areas."

Daddy’s in charge y’all!  Britney Spear’s father Jamie (seen her with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James) has been named has been granted permanent legal control of his daughter, a court ruled Tuesday. 

In a close-chambered meeting yesterday that evaluated Britney’s mental health records it was decided that that Jamie’s conservatorship would extend permanently past the Dec. 31 deadline.  Britney’s court-appointed attorney told the court commissioner that the singer had no objections with her father (and another attorney Andrew Wallet) remaining in control.

"The court finds the proposed permanent conservatorship is necessary and appropriate [because of the] complexities of her financial and business entities and also potential for her being susceptible to influences," said Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz, who has been presiding over the case.
