After spending New Year with her new beau in Miami, it was time for Hayden Panettierre to head back to Los Angeles yesterday.

We caught up with Hayden at Miami airport, and our photog was on his best behavior as Hayden’s giant BF, boxer Wladimir Klitscho, was watching our every move.

Luckily Hayden was in a great mood.

She even waved and said hello to our guy as she kissed Wlad goodbye.

Oh, and we also noticed she has changed the color of her hair.

Maybe Wlad wasn’t too into blondes.

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere seems to have been having a whole bunch of fun at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

Apart from attending all the swanky parties and events, she has been pictured getting smothered in sun tan oil by her reported new beau, British TV celeb and serial celebrity dater Steve Jones.

And just this morning we caught up with Hayden having even more good times, jet-skiing around with a pal while their friends looked on.

We’re not sure what Hayden’s next TV show/movie project might be, but looking at these pictures she might find it hard getting back to real work any time soon.

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere threw in some country at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in France.

Hayden caught some rays on the back of a luxury yacht with new BF, British TV host Steve Jones - the guy who has also dabbled with Pamela Anderson.

Hayden gave photographers a glimpse of her bikini body, but she made sure she kept her cowgirl hat on to protect her from the blistering sun.

Hayden Panetierre and Milo Ventimiglia are splitting up, US Weekly is reporting. 

The Heroes co-stars began dating in 2008 but kept their relationship on the dl, mostly due in part to their 12-year age gap.

"It was a lifestyle conflict," a source close to the couple tells the mag, adding that the split happened within the last week. "They were in very different places."

The source adds that, "She is young. She likes to go out in the Hollywood scene and that’s not his style."

Bummer! Oh well, a new year means it’s time for new romance!

Jessica Alba hosted the Declare Yourself "A New Birth of Citizenship" Inauguration Kick-off event at the Renaissance hotel in Washington, DC. Joined by her husband Cash Warren a and a slew of celebs, the event was sponsored by Born Again America, an organization that is committed to the rebirth and re-expression of citizenship through informed and thoughtful activism.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson came out to show their support for citizenship (nice of Sam Ro to dress up), as did Jamie Foxx and Hayden Panetierre.

We spotted Hayden Panetierre looking sexy in a black satin dress in Los Angeles last night.  The Heroes star was leaving Eva Longoria’s Beso restaurant and retrieving her car from the valet.

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Hayden with her co-star and boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia, what’s up with that?  Are these two taking a break or just really good at keeping a low profile?

Madonna’s concert emptied out the boutiques and the clubs last night as everyone in Hollywood made the trek to Dodger Stadium to see her in action.  Everyone from Hayden Panettiere to Ryan Seacrest came to see the Sticky and Sweet show as well as Tila Tequila (she probably was up in the nose bleeds) and Amanda Bynes.  Even the diva herself, Jennifer Lopez came out to support the icon that is Madonna.

Hollywood seems to crave the sweet nectar of the Blackberry, so much so there was yet another star studded launch event last night! 

Hayden Panetierre, Kate Bosworth, Eva Longoria, A.C. Slater, Eve and She-Pratt were all there to pick up the another new Blackberry, the Blackberry Bold.  Even oldsters like Dustin Hoffman and Kathy Hilton were there to scoop up the new gadgets.
