Ice-T and Coco were wandering around Manhattan yesterday, shopping and posing for fans. While a lot of C-list and lower celebs manage to keep a low profile in NYC, going about their days without a flock of people following, Ice-T and Coco are an exception. It took us a moment to figure out what was different in our photos of Snooki clubbing in L.A. last night. She still looks like herself, but something was off. Then we realized: no Snooki Pouf! What happened to the Jersey Girl’s infamous mound? She says she finally ditched the hair mountain – which she’s been sporting for seven years – because she wanted to look more mature. INF Daily caught an adorable Emma Watson at Heathrow Airport yesterday, and she’s cropped her hair! The Harry Potter actress says she cut off her shoulder-length waves a few days ago, which she’s wanted to do since she was 16. Emma also mentions she went to the salon on her own and left alone because she knew she’d need time to adjust to the massive change before she was able to hear other people’s opinions.

INF Daily found Miley Cyrus out and about for a walk with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in Studio City, California yesterday. Miley’s been taking a short break from her hectic promotional schedule for the release of her newest CD “Can’t Be Tamed.”

Two weeks ago Miley removed her ridiculous, waist-length extensions and opted for a more natural, classy hairstyle. Unfortunately the look didn’t last long: according to In Touch, she’s spent an astounding $24,000 on a new set. The hair was flown in from Italy to See More

Lindsay Lohan has freshened up her look by updating from her flat, dull, mangy brownish-black hair to a sort of strawberry shade of blonde. Guess how long it took? Four hours would be sort of intense, right? Eight hours would be craziness, for sure. Well it took Lindsay Lohan and the good people at the Andy LeCompte Salon in West Hollywood TEN hours to fix that sad matted mess she had going on.

We can’t tell for sure but it looks like Lindsay may have gotten some new extensions as well. Her hair looks fuller than it has in recent weeks – though that could just be due to washing it. She still looks unkempt and grimy, but less so. It’s mostly due to her ratty outfit and that redish-orange sweatshirt that’s got huge tears and holes.

Still, it’s an improvement, and with Lindsay you’ve got to be happy with the baby steps.

In related Lindsay news, yesterday she was called out on her B.S. claims in court on Monday that she couldn’t wear a SCRAM ankle device because she had to be in Texas for work on a film. The judge didn’t care and told her she couldn’t go, but it turns out her reason was bull. Big surprise. Lohan is currently attached to two projects, Machete and Inferno. Inferno doesn’t start shooting until August, so we’re thinking her excuse was Machete, which is doing some reshoots next month in Texas. However Lindsay isn’t involved in any of them. Nice try though!

Janet Jackson cut her hair off last week. Why? Well with Janet you never really know, but there’s some gossip suggesting that Janet’s new boyfriend from Qatar, Wissam Al Mana, has something to do with it. More likely it has to do with the ending of her 7 year relationship with Jermaine Dupri. After Janet ended her secret marriage to René Elizondo, Jr. in 1998, she cut her hair short with new (equally short) bangs. Perhaps that’s Janet’s way of moving on, just like it’s Britney Spears’ way of losing control?

Regardless, we think Janet looks pretty damn fine. Here she is at the premiere of "Why Did I Get Married Too?" yesterday in London.

Britney Spears took her kids to the Disney Resort in Anaheim over the weekend, supposedly to spend some quality mommy time with them. But, while the boys were cared for by their nanny and a bodyguard, where was Brit?

A reliable hotel source tells us she spent most of her time holed-up in her  suite… after taking a pair of scissors to her blonde extensions. Apparently Britney wasn’t happy with her look and decided some DIY trimming was in order. Then, not satisfied with her own handiwork, Britney called in a professional hairdresser to try and salvage the mess she’d made.

Maybe this was why Britney was clutching onto her weave so much when INF Daily’s photographers caught up with her having lunch at The Abbey in L.A. yesterday?

Is Brit brewing up for another meltdown like when she shaved her head?
