Reality TV mom Kate Gosselin seems to be going through yet another image shake-up as she prepares herself for her next major gig on DWTS.

Rumor has it she wasn’t too pleased with her hair extensions, so while in NY she spent EIGHT hours in the salon having them removed…and here’s the latest look.

Kate actually looks quite good we think and we’re sure it will make it easier for dance partner, Tony Dovolani, to throw her around the dancefloor.

How does this supermom do it??

Eight demanding kids, a reality TV show and now she’s a contestant on DWTS.

And on top of all that, she still has to run errands and get the shopping done down at Target.

We’re sure fellow Dancing star Pam Anderson doesn’t have this kind of schedule.

And that’s why we are backing Kate all the way and we hope she wins the competition on behalf of all working moms out there. Go Kate!!

We caught up with a tired looking Kate Gosselin as she left her NY hotel today.

Yesterday was her first day in the studio with Dancing With The Stars  partner Tony Dovolani.

Tony told reporters he thinks they will do well on the show – and are good enough to make it to the final.

But this morning Kate was heading home to see her kids for the first time in over a week, and we wonder if she’ll have the energy to juggle dancing with all the school runs.

We hope she can.

If not, should be fun watching her crash and burn…

Reality TV dad Jon Gosselin has got a lot of time on his hands now all of his eight kids are back to school.

But we think he should be doing a bit more than riding his four wheeler around his garden…especially when he’s carrying all that weight.

Looks to us like Jon is in desperate need of a personal trainer to try an get rid of some of that tummy fat.

If not, he should be on the next series of Celebrity Fit Club as it looks like he could give K-Fed a serious run for his money at the moment.

Everyone is fascinated by the lives of reality TV show stars Kate and Jon Gosselin and their eight super-cute kids it seems these days.

But when they’re not under the glare of the cameras for their TLC series, Jon and Kate Plus 8, Kate likes to do normal things with her children, like building sand castles on the beach.

We caught up with Kate flashing some skin in the surf at Bald Head Island in North Carolina.

Unfortunately, no sign of hubby Jon.

A sure sign this pair are on the road to splitsville very soon.
