The cast of Grey’s Anatomy aren’t basking on the sun on a tropical beach but rather working steady to produce another season of medical dramady.

Check out Katherine Heigl on her smoke break, Patrick Dempsey loading up on the lunch line, Eric Dane receiving a visit from Rebecca Gayheart and Chandra Wilson, Ellen Pompeo and Sara Ramirez taking a break between scenes. 

Katherine recently told the Associated Press that she has no plans of leaving Grey’s.  There were rumors that she might be leaving the show due to her movie shooting sched (she was just in France shooting Five Killers) but the actress said she would make it work by doing the projects doing her summer hiatus.  “I’m more than happy to make that compromise. As my agent likes to say, ‘High-class problems," she joked.

The boys of Grey’s Anatomy are back at work!  We spotted Eric Dane and Patrick Dempsey flexing for our cameras while they were shooting on Los Angeles yesterday.  The Grey’s dudes weren’t alone though, they had some company from Katherine Heigl and new comer Brooke Smith.

And now onto another case of infidelity.  We spotted Balthazar Getty’s famous friends, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, leaving his Los Angeles home after paying a visit to Balthazar’s wife Rosetta Millington and their children.  After initially denying reports of problems (check out Balthazar telling us that everything is just fine) in his marriage, Balthazar has finally come clean about his affair with Sienna Miller. 
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience, especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed by wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

I guess those pictures of him canoodling with Sienna Miller on a yacht are a bit of a smoking gun.  The couple have four children together, including an 8-month-old baby, nice work a-hole!

ATTENTION: If you are a celebrity/common person with good connex who went to Socialista Bar on the dates of February 7th, 8th or 11th you may have been exposed to Hepatitis A! GROSS.
And you remember a certain someone celebrated his 30th birthday at said club that night…that’s right several famous people patronized Socialista on the 7th for Ashton Kutcher’s party. INF has these pictures of Demi Moore, Lucy Liu, Selma Hayek, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Rebeca Gayhart, Eric Dane and many others were all there that night! Uh oh!  Someone who was working at the club on those nights is infected with the disease and now bar owners and the Health Department of NYC are urging people to get vaccinated!
Hepatits A is a liver disease caused by the Hepatits A virus.  It is spread from person to person by putting something in their mouth that has been contaminated by the stool of a person with Hep A. Again, GROSS!  See kids, even the famous people can’t escape the social disease!  Hep A knows no social class! 

Ashton Kutcher celebrated his 30th birthday in style last night. Ashton and Demi first dined at the Bowery Hotel in NYC and then moved onto club Socialista, with their A-list guests following behind.  Selma Hayek and her fiance Francois-Henri Pinault showed up as well Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.  Single gals (for the evening) Lucy Liu, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow also attended.  Bruce Willis and Emma Hemming even showed up baring gifts!  Not a bad way to say goodbye to your youth!

When he’s not getting his crotch felt in public by his frisky wife, Grey’s Anatomy hottie Eric Dane keeps his cool with some very impressive sky-diving. Eric showed off a few of his moves for our photographer in Sardinia, Italy, at the weekend.

It seems actress Rebecca Gayheart knows exactly how to keep her man under control. Naughty Rececca grabbed hubby Eric “McSteamy” Dane’s manhood as they vacationed aboard a private yacht in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, at the weekend. We don’t what Eric had done to deserve this, but we hope it wasn’t too painful.
