Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane was smoking and scowling on the way back to his car yesterday afternoon in West Hollywood. I don’t care if that man is scowling, surly, or throwing chairs at little old ladies who walk by: he’s so gorgeous I’ll forgive anything he does.

Dane put his foot in his mouth regarding his upcoming second child, debuting later this year. When asked if he knew the sex he responded, “Probably going to be another girl — with my luck.” Um… whoops.

Rebecca Gayheart was happily shopping yesterday at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. I guess she’s feeling good now that her husband Eric Dane is safely ensconced in rehab. Eric, aka McSteamy from Grey’s Anatomy suffered a sports injury during hiatus from the show and was prescribed some pain killers. Ruh-roh. Those are super addictive.

For the new year Dr. Mc Steamy Eric Dane supposedly resolved to quit smoking. Doesn’t look like it lasted long! INF Daily caught the Grey’s Anatomy actor sneaking a cigarette in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon.

Eric and wife Rebecca Gayheart have a 10-month old daughter, Billie Beatrice. We’re thinking he’s trying to quit smoking for Billie’s sake just as much as his own. According to reports, Eric and Rebecca are eager to have another baby asap. Sounds like she should consider making that contingent on his dropping the cancer sticks permanently.

Just days after welcoming their first child into the world, Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have arrived back home in Los Angeles with their new bundle of joy.

Eric was on daddy duty, carrying his daughter into the family home.

While Rebecca was helped by a friend into the house.

Rebecca, 38, gave birth Wednesday in LA.

The 37-year-old Dane stars on the ABC drama "Grey’s Anatomy" and most recently played a Brett Favre-esque retiring quarterback in the movie "Valentine’s Day." His wife is best known for roles in television shows that have included Fox shows "90210" and "Vanished."

Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane was keeping tight-lipped when we caught up with him in Los Angeles yesterday, preferring not to talk about the alleged homemade sex tape he and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, appeared in.

Reps for the couple have denied anything sordid went on in the video.

And, to be fair, Eric was looking quite chilled out as he left a gym with a friend.

But the plot thickens in the McSteamy scandal .

Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche, the third person in the bizarre triangle, has accused country singer Mindy McCready of steasling and leaking the video and nbow cops are investigating.

Although reps for Eric and wife, Rebecca Gayheart, are denying the rumors that a home video which hit the internet shows them in a sordid threesome, it still begs the question ‘why shoot it in the first place?’

They stripped down with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche for a 12-minute video two years ago.

But Peniche’s manager David Weintraub says it was all just ”good fun.”

"This is not a sex tape," he adds. "It’s guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."

Dane and Gayheart appear intoxicated as they lay naked in bed with Peniche at her apartment. They also relax in a Jacuzzi together and discuss their porn names.

They have threatened to sue anyone media that shows the video. Killjoys!!
