INF Daily caught up with Jon Gosselin as he picked up his eight kids from the school bus on Friday afternoon. And he’ll be dealing with those eight kids in his small apartment alone for the first time in almost two years – earlier in the day Jon confirmed via Twitter that he and longtime girlfriend Ellen Ross had broken up.

The Gosselin kids went back home after staying with their dad Jon and his girlfriend Ellen Ross over the weekend. All ten of them crashed at Jon’s one bedroom apartment. He packed up the kids, drove to Kate’s house and then waited at the gate while she drove up in the van to take the kids from there. It looks like Jon [del] isn’t even allowed to know the code to the gate, as Kate punched in that number.

Kate apparently timed the drop off to coincide with her daily run. And in classic divorcee style she wore a tight outfit in front of Jon and his new girlfriend.

INF Daily found Jon Gosselin and girlfriend Ellen Ross spending a day in the sun by the pool at Jon’s apartment on Saturday, along with his eight kids. Who, frankly, looked pooped out from all that swimming. We noticed both Ellen and Jon were on their phones for a bit, perhaps arranging dinner plans for the family?

After a while Jon lit up a cigarette and seemed to enjoy it – that is until he spotted our photographer. Then he looked like a kid caught with his hand in a (very smoky) cookie jar, trying to hide his cig behind his back.

Supposedly Jon Gosselin’s been taking physical fitness a little more seriously as of late. Unfortunately, it’s hard to tell. So let’s assume that Jon’s working with a “slow and steady wins the race” approach. Because we caught Gosselin hanging poolside without his shirt, and it’s not a pretty picture. On Saturday all of the kids headed over to Jon’s apartment to play in the pool. Though Jon kept his shirt on – bummer – Ellen donned a bikini, and looked pretty good, too. Jon Gosselin spent Friday afternoon with girlfriend Ellen Ross and his brood of eight at the Reading Phillies game in Reading, Pennsylvania. Everyone looked a little bored – and we can’t blame them. Baseball is a slow-moving game to take eight little kids to. Ellen was texting, Jon was eating, and the kids were using the bleachers as gymnastics equipment.

Jon Gosselin spent the weekend with his eight kids while ex-wife Kate is in Los Angeles preparing for the Dancing With the Stars finale. Jon brought along his new girlfriend, 23-year-old Ellen Ross. The Gosselin kids seem to love Ellen, and it looks like the feeling is mutual. INF Daily’s photographer caught lots of hugs exchanged between Ellen and the kids. At one point she had both Collin and Alexis in her arms at the same time.

Ellen spent time with the Gosselins at the pool at Jon’s new apartment on Saturday before they all headed back to the family home for the weekend. While Ellen played with the kids, Jon was snapped with a copy of In Touch’s latest issue.
