INF Daily caught up with the starlet – who normally looks like this – as she teetered around outside Trousdale nightclub in West Hollywood. While we’re guessing Shenae’s black jeans were meant to be ripped, we doubt they started out looking like that. It sounds like Christina Aguilera’s waitress knew she’d had too much to drink last night. She and boyfriend Matt Rutler had a late dinner at Osteria Mozza on Melrose after midnight this morning, and had one to two expensive bottles of wine. When they were recognized by another patron, she asked the waiter to send Christina a drink. According to TMZ, the waiter responded, “‘She’s already drinking a bottle of wine… or two.’”
By now you know how their evening ended: the back of a squad car. We’re guessing it was two bottles.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s office just had a press conference regarding Christina Aguilera’s arrest. They said they’re not going to pursue a case against her. From the sound of it, Christina was taken into custody because she was super drunk. She wasn’t involved “in any criminal activity” and they released her as soon as she sobered up. Or as they put it, when she could “safely take care of herself.” Unfortunately that doesn’t seem possible for Aguilera lately.
Xtina’s boyfriend Matthew Rutler is still being held on $30,000 bail for a DUI, which is a much more serious offense.
We just got a hold of Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler’s booking reports from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. According to the forms, Christina (who supposedly is 5’2 and weighs 100 lbs, snort), was given $250 bail.
Rutler didn’t fare so well – his bail is a whopping $30,000, since he was booked for driving under the influence.
