Charlie’s trying to win full custody of his twins from Brooke Mueller, who recently fell off the sobriety train and was caught on video trying to hock a watch and a stereo while looking strung out. The next day she admitted herself to rehab for the 13th time.

Earlier this month Charlie Sheen got an audience to chant “f-ck that b-ch” regarding Denise Richards. Now Denise has offered to care for his twin two-year-old sons with Brooke Mueller while Brooke is in rehab and Charlie’s on the road with his show. Hard to know what to say to that. Our guess is that Denise cares about the boys’ well-being, as they are her daughters’ half-brothers. We could be snarky and try to pin some selfish motivation on her, but it’s pretty hard to legitimately say Denise is being anything other than awesome.

An INF photographer exclusively caught Lindsay Lohan driving home to her new Venice Beach house. As she pulled into the garage, she evidently didn’t realize how large the Range Rover actually is. She clicked the garage door remote and watched in horror as the door came down onto the back bumper of the car. Our photographer could hear Lohan yell, “Oh my God” from outside the garage.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller has checked herself into a sober living facility in Los Angeles. Brooke hasn’t relapsed back to drinking. She is taking a precautionary measure – at least that’s what her publicist is saying.

The straw that broke the camel’s back for Mueller has been the filming of her new reality show with Paris Hilton. It’s booked to go to Vegas, and Brooke says she isn’t ready to deal with Sin City just yet. It’s one thing to go out to nightclubs in LA. It’s quite another thing to cope with the all night buffet of drugs and alcohol that is Las Vegas.
