They really do look like mother and daughter!

Blake Lively and Kelly Rutherford were busy shooting scenes for upcoming episodes of Gossip Girl in windy New York City yesterday.  Blake, the gracious actress she is, stopped to talk to fans and pose for pictures. 

Kelly is definitely showing her pregnancy these days.  When you look at her from the front it’s not that obvious but when turns to the side, whoa! She’s a lady with baby!

I hope these episodes are good because they won’t start airing again until March 2!  I’m dying to know what Chuck will do next…and what about that mystery bastard child up in Boston?  Give me some answers Gossip Girl!!

Blake Lively took a break from Gossip Girl to hop overseas for the Berlin premiere of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. 

Starring Robin Wright Penn, Pippa tells the story of a woman whose older husband moves her from New York City to a boring retirement community and she must now reconcile her wild youth with her secure and standard life; Robin plays the current day Pippa while Blake plays the younger Pippa.

Co-starring Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder and Alan Arkin (neither where there) the film will open to U.S. audiences this spring.  

Spotted: Blake Lively wrapped up in a red, plaid jacket and chatting away on her matching red cell phone. 

I can’t quite tell if this is Blake or Serena walking around Manhattan this afternoon but there is a good chance that she is talking to or supposed to be talking to Penn Badgley (or is it Dan) no matter what!

I know your butts will be glued to the couch tonight because Gossip Girl is going to be a doozie!  Blair’s getting expelled!  Dan’s having a secret tryst with the English teacher (I knew it)!  Eric is still gay and nobody cares!  This show is truly my saving grace of Mondays…

Stiff competition!

Some of the Gossip Girl gang, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford, participated in the 3rd Annual DirecTV Bowl in St. Petersburg, Fla. over the weekend.  The actors went head to head with such heavy weights as Joel and Benji Madden as well Playboy Bunny Jayde Nicole. 

Can you imagine Blake Lively charging down the field at you?!  All that blonde hair and skinny jeans; scary!

Gossip Girl Blake Lively usually has no trouble keeping up her stylish vibe even when she’s off set.  We often see the actress walking around in sexy shoes and the hottest handbags, but I’m not sure how I feel about the leather jacket we spotted her in last night.  I like the shape of Blake’s jacket but I’m not really feeling the color, it’s sort of upholstery-like; to quote Biggie on this one, it’s very "money-green leather sofa."  U like???

Secondly, I would like to mention that I was not happy with last night’s repeat episode-get back to work!!  Gossip Girl is the only thing that makes Mondays bearable…why would they deprive us like that!  At least it was the episode where Chuck is all f-ed up and vulnerable…he’s so sexy when he’s messed up.

The show must go on!

A little snow didn’t stop the Gossip Girl gang yesterday as we watched the actors go to and from the set and become covered in flakes.  Blake Lively and Leighton Meester bundled up in their long, puffy coats while the boys, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley, took their chances in jackets (of course Ed utilized an umbrella holder).

What did you think about last night’s episode?!  I think Blair is losing her mind!  I’m quite intrigued to see how she’s going to claw her way into Yale…however next week’s previews left us with nothing!  I hate when they do that! C’mon writers/promo people, a week is a really long time to wait, you gotta give us something to work with in the mean time.

The Gossip Girl took some time to pose with one of her many fans on set today in Manhattan.  Blake kept out the cold wind in a camel colored wool jacket and a pair of high leather boots.

How are we feeling about Monday’s epie???  I want to rescue Chuck.  I’d like to sweep him up into my arms and hold him for dear life or until he quits doing opium.  My love for Chuck matches my distaste for Serena and Dam, they are so boring together; thank god Georgina is coming back!

They wear their sunglasses at night…

All the cool kids in New York City were at the Bowery Ballroom last night.  Everyone from Ed Westwick to Joshua Jackson came out to celebrate iconic sunglasses brand Ray-Bran.  Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Diane Kruger, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Chace Crawford and Robert Buckley also joined the party and rocked Ray-Ban’s remastered "Club Master" shades.  The design is being revamped for the first time in over 20 years and will come in new colors!
