Beyonce! The diva and her man Jay-Z were snapped leaving the Waverly Inn over the weekend, trying to keep it quiet by leaving separately and covering up her face.  Here’s a tip, if you guys don’t want to be spotted together (despite the fact you’ve been out as a couple for YEARS), don’t go the Waverly Inn!  The Waverly is where people go to be seen in New York City!  I don’t buy the modesty act guys.

OMG Beyonce and Jay-Zeeeeeeee!  We spotted hip hop’s hottest couple leaving Bar Pitti in NYC yesterday, Beyonce looking glamorously casj.

This year’s Grammy Awards provided us with some really interesting fashion choices, most of them bad.  Some artists looked great; Beyonce’s pulled off her sparkly gown and Carrie Underwood, well, it’s hard to make her look bad.  There were those who didn’t look horrendous, but awkward definitely.  Pink’s dress didn’t fit her body and Nelly Furtado and Alicia Keys both had some strange red carpet hair.  Chris Brown, you’re a cutie, but loose the red pants.  And to top the list, as always was Bai Ling, dressed as a Christmas ornament. I’m not sure why exactly she is invited to these events, other than maybe to make everyone else look better. 

It’s Milan Fashion Week! Beyonce, Jay-Z and Kelly Rowland were on hand to celebrate with everyone’s favorite plastic surgeon queen, Donatella Versace.  Remember when back when Beyonce and Kelly were in Destiny’s Child and they used to wear outfits designed by her mom?  I miss those denim and fringe ensembles with matching cowboy hats, now that was fashion.

Diva Alert!  Accompanied by an umbrella holder and her man a few feet behind her at all times, Beyonce was spotted in Paris today shopping in the Dior and Chanel boutiques. It hardly looks like its raining there, not to mention her umbrella holder is still following here while she’s inside!  Nice stewardess outfit by the way, tre fancy.  Her red shoes are pretty hot, I’ll give her that…But damn girl!  Take the princess factor down a notch!  I don’t know who is statistically more successful, you or Jay-Z, but he was around loooong before you were singing in malls, so I’d keep it in check.

Movies Rock, a celebration of films and the songs that score them, was held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles over the weekend.  Actors and musicians alike came out to honor some of the great soundtracks of the last 70 years, they also dressed like a bunch of ‘tards. 

I don’t know what was going on last night, perhaps the invitation said something like "You are cordially invited to Movies Rock….Please dress accordingly…We suggest you drink some Jagermeister then shut your eyes and then pick the first thing you find in your closet. Or in the trash".  Ok, so not all of them were horrid, but let me tell you I looked through set upon set of totally ridiculous looking famous people.  Apparently there is something about this event, the melding of music and movies that inspired people to dress like morons.

Let’s start off with the emerald green shade that both Beyonce and Mary J. Blige wore.  My pick is Mary J.  It’s definitely a unique look, but she’s owning it and she looks happy and does not look trashy.  Beyonce on the other hand…enough.  I’ve had enough of her.  Ok, you have a big ass, WE KNOW. Great for you.  I’m all for working what ya mama gave ya, but please, can we have a break from her.  She’s so much cooler with Destiny’s Child.  I feel like her solo career/image is actually much more vanilla then she’d care to admit.
And speak of divas with a lot of junk in the trunk, there was J.Lo, looking oh so ethereal in white.  Not.  Gah, I can’t believe out of all her husbands Marc Anthony is the one who knocked her up…ugh, they’re gonna be such weird parents.  I don’t think they’ll be abusive, but I just can’t picture the two of them as nurturers, but I dunno, that’s just me.  Anyways, everyone was talking about her freaking bump, but check out her face in this shot. AMAZING. 
Then there was Eve, who I love and think is absolutely adorable, but whyyy do you have to push your boobs up that much?! You know you’re about five seconds away from a nip slip.  Don’t go down that path Eve. Stay strong.
And let’s finish up with Fugly, I mean Fergie and Paz Vega.  Fergie’s dress was basically an extended corset; very classy.  Paz Vega, chains in lieu of the back of your sparkley shirt is a rather bold choice.  And perhaps if this weekend’s Movies Rock was a special edition; the coke whores of Scarface, you’d be commended.  However, it’s 2007 and you look f’n nuts. 

Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry swept the American Music Awards Sunday night winning three awards each, proving that America really does love their Idols!  The prefab pop tarts of High School Musical took home an award for best soundtrack, while break out solo artists Justin Timberlake and Fergie each won for best solo male and female artist. But whether they they won or not, they stars still came out looking red carpet fabulous. Beyonce and Nicole Scherzinger wore form fitting satin gowns, while the ladies of High School Musical opted for blinged out mini dresses.  Then of course there veteran rockers Scott Weiland and Slash who hid behind their shades and oh-so-perfectly mussed hair; something tells me those sunglasses could be hiding their rolling eyes, or hang overs, or both. 

Beyonce showed us that her very famous ass is starting to spill over the top of her pants on stage in Moscow last night. Don’t worry B., we’ve all been there. Low-waist jeans are a fashion fad that’ll be gone in no time!
