How amazing does Beyonce look? She gave birth to Blue Ivy nearly a month ago, and looks to have already dropped the bulk of her pregnancy weight. When INF Daily’s photographers snapped Bey for the first time since Blue’s arrival, the new mother was leaving husband Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in NYC, and wearing a slinky red dress.

Earlier in the evening he performed at Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.

So… say what you want about Beyonce’s “maybe” pregnancy. But her boobs are insane.

According to sources, Beyonce and Jay-Z just became the proud parents of a baby daughter, who they named Blue Ivy Carter.

While everyone was certain Bey would give birth at St. Luke’s Roosevelt in New York City, the Daily News claims she actually checked into Lenox Hill Hospital late Friday night. They rented out the entire fourth floor at a cost of $1.3 million.

Last night we found Beyonce out and about in NYC! That’s right, the singer has NOT given birth yet – and she’s still up and around, taking care of business!
