Those Teen Moms don’t have it easy, do they? One of INF Daily’s photographers caught up with Jenelle Evans as she took her adorable 2-year-old son Jace ice skating with her new boyfriend Gary Head yesterday afternoon.

Just a few hours after these pictures were taken, Jenelle was arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order.

INF Daily’s photographers exclusively caught up with Charlie Sheen today in L.A., where he spoke to us about ex-wife Brooke Mueller’s cocaine arrest this weekend in Aspen.

INF Daily caught up with an extremely distraught Kate Major last night at LAX, and she was not a happy camper. The previous night her on again/off again boyfriend Michael Lohan was arrested by the LAPD on domestic violence charges.

On Monday Kate and Michael got into a fight that turned physical, and Kate showed evidence of her injuries to police. She says Lohan grabbed her shoulder and threw her across the room, choked her with a towel, and threatened to harm himself and tell cops she did it if she called police.

It sounds like Christina Aguilera’s waitress knew she’d had too much to drink last night. She and boyfriend Matt Rutler had a late dinner at Osteria Mozza on Melrose after midnight this morning, and had one to two expensive bottles of wine. When they were recognized by another patron, she asked the waiter to send Christina a drink. According to TMZ, the waiter responded, “‘She’s already drinking a bottle of wine… or two.’”

By now you know how their evening ended: the back of a squad car. We’re guessing it was two bottles.

INF Daily just caught Christina Aguliera’s boyfriend Matthew Rutler returning to her house after posting $30,000 bail and picking up his impounded grey Ford Mustang – the same one car was driving when he was arrested last night. While Christina was let off on only $250 for public drunkenness, Matthew got a DUI for blowing a .09 on a Breathalyzer, and will likely have several future visits to court.

Word is starting to spread that Matt’s the cause of Christina’s recent downfall. We’re not sure we believe that… but he’s certainly been there for a lot of it.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s office just had a press conference regarding Christina Aguilera’s arrest. They said they’re not going to pursue a case against her. From the sound of it, Christina was taken into custody because she was super drunk. She wasn’t involved “in any criminal activity” and they released her as soon as she sobered up. Or as they put it, when she could “safely take care of herself.” Unfortunately that doesn’t seem possible for Aguilera lately.

Xtina’s boyfriend Matthew Rutler is still being held on $30,000 bail for a DUI, which is a much more serious offense.

We just got a hold of Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler’s booking reports from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. According to the forms, Christina (who supposedly is 5’2 and weighs 100 lbs, snort), was given $250 bail.

Rutler didn’t fare so well – his bail is a whopping $30,000, since he was booked for driving under the influence.
