Tonight will be a busy night in Hollywood for birthday parties! Reality prince Brody Jenner celebrates his 25th while Heroes' Hayden Panettiere turns the big 1-9.  Ah, 19, what a frustrating birthday; you're past the excitement of being a legal adult but you're still two whole years away from being legal to drink. BOOOO!  Anyways, I'm sure Hayden doesn't have that problem so party up and maybe you'll run into Brody, who will be dripping with Patron and slutty girls, i.e. "Britney Canada Whore."  HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUDES!

Katy Perry's outfit is a sensory overload!  We spotted the singer leaving the Howard Stern show in New York this afternoon wearing a multitude of patterns, colors and textures, but hey, only a slim few can pull that off!  Katy is up for a VMA at this year's awards for Best New Artist against Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Jordin Sparks and Tokio Hotel.  Care to cast your vote? Would you pay to attend someone's Sweet 16?  I presume your answer is 'no', but if that party was thrown by tween queen Miley Cyrus?!  Still, no?  Well here's the deets-

Miley told Entertainment Tonight that she is selling a limited number of $250 tickets to her bash, set to take place at Disneyland.  The tickets go on sale on Aug. 30 for her birthday on November 23rd.

Guests will have the opportunity to go on rides, meet Disney characters and see a performance from the birthday girl. 

"It's gonna be an awesome party with more than 7 things I like," she tells ET. "It's gonna be totally awesome. I hope it's a great time...I love roller coasters. So this is my ultimate birthday"  That does sound awesome.

Also in attendance will be members of the Youth Service America who will be honored for their charitable work, cuz volunteering is totally important and really kewl.

According to In Touch, Gwen Stefani is giving birth via c-section this morning in Los Angeles. 
Sometime this afternoon Kingston Rossdale will be a big brother, and we hope he gets a little sister!  If Gwen has a little girl to dress up, she'll look just like a doll. 

"Gwen's so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy," her pal reveals to In Touch. "She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back." 
Agreed. Gwen did get pretty large with this pregnancy, but she looked fantastic for every minute of it!  Details to come...

Looks like Lindsay Lohan has gone back to orange hair.  We spotted LiLo and Samantha Ronson at the Neil George salon in Beverly Hills yesterday. 
Lindsay walked out with a new shade of hair, although I personally don't think it looks very good.  If you click through the gallery and see her locks in the light, the color ranges from blonde to orange; it looks like what happens when someone with dark hair tries to bleach it themselves and they get this awful brassy color.  Anyhow, the braless wonder (I guess if she's going to wear actual pants then she doesn't want to be weighed down by a bra too) then hopped into a car with Sam and the two sped away. 

     

Love those American Idol kids!  In their quest for pop domination, the American Idols Live tour stopped in Sunrise, Fla. yesterday to a packed crowd of idol worshipers.  The two Davids, winner David Cook and runner-up David Archuleta, reigned supreme while finalists like Syesha Mercardo and Jason Castro each got their turn singing and dancing along side them. 

Next stop on the tour is Houston, Tx and the Idols will play straight through September, finishing up in Oklahoma.

         

Ah, to be young and rich...the whole world is yours!  Well, at least the mall is.  We spotted Ashley Tisdale and her mom doing some serious shopping yesterday.  The Tiz first made a stop at Busy Body fitness equipment store where she picked out a treadmill, and then later headed to the Westfield Mall in Hollywood where she went to Victoria's Secret.  Check out all the hot action below.  (Btw, isn't there something about seeing someone shopping while you're at work that makes you so jealous?  Man, after living in big cities for so long, I truly miss a good trip to the mall.)

Break up, shcmake up-Anne Hathaway has moved on!  We spotted actress going for a walk in West Hollywood clad in a strapless black maxi dress, black shades and a big old pair of headphones.  What do you think Anne's bumpin' on her ipod; a little Alanis, maybe some Bikini Kill? She's so over you and your money launderin' ways Raffaello!

     

And it wasn't from Tom Brady!  We spotted Gisele going for a massage in at Spa Belles in Manhattan yesterday.  Is Gisele stressed from her long days of super-modeling, or is this something else going on?  There's been talk that Gisele and Tom are looking to get married! She was seen spending time at florist, with another woman, both with folders in their hands...hmm, folders are quite suspicious.  Well if they do get married, chances are it couldn't happen until after February 2009, what with the football season and all.  We will just have to watch and wait!

       

Matt Damon and his wife Luciana had a baby girl named Gia Zavala, on Wednesday.  Gia is the couple's second child together, joining Isabella, 2, and Damon's stepdaughter, Alexia, 10.  Damon joked to USA Today about his all-lady, Miami household, "I'm so outnumbered down here, it's crazy."
