EXCLUSIVE: KRISTEN STEWART LEAVES WITH HER LOVER

I think being in a vampire movie has gone to Kristen Stewart's head; she always has this sleepy and strange look on her face, like she just had a mystical experience.

Now, I wouldn't call flying mystical, but it can be exhausting, so I understand Kristen's fatigue as she has probably had to a lot of traveling to promote Twilight .  The actress left LAX yesterday afternoon with her boyfriend Michael Aranganon bound for London to premiere the movie over there.

Kristen recently told Teen magazine that she couldn't imagine anyone else but Robert Pattison in the role of Edward.  "Not to put down any of the other actors who came in, because they were really good, but everyone came in playing Edward as this perfect, happy-go-lucky guy...But I got hardcore pain from Rob. It was purely just connection."  So, when are these two going to start hooking up?!
