Are you watching?! Britney Spears is currently celebrating her 27th birthday with a performance at Good Morning America! She has just finished the title track "Circus" from the album which drops today.
Britney has also announced the dates for her 2009 world tour. Looks like it will kick off in New Orleans this March with the Pussycat Dolls as an opening act. Welcome back, Brit!
