Happy belated Hilary Duff! The actress and singer celebrated the big 2-1 in New York City this weekend, joined by her boyfriend Mike Comrie. It's hard to believe that Hil has been underage this whole time; maybe it's because she's been such a good girl and kept herself out of trouble.
Next up for Hilary is the animated movie Food Fight; Hilary will lend her voice to the character of Sunshine Goddess. Hil will be in good company; Charlie Sheen, Eva Longoria and Christopher Lloyd all get animated.
