Terrible skin, bloodshot eyes, painfully thin, horrible see-through dress...it must be reformed (?) drug-munching supermodel Kate Moss. Our photographers caught up with ''Cocaine Kate" celebrating the launch of her Topshop clothes line in New York last night and we say she's in urgent need of a celebrity makeover. I mean, would you buy your wardrobe from someone who looks like CRAP? Happy shopping!
