Brit Didn't Show Up, Visitation Stays the Same

So Britney went to court, but she didn't actually go to court and therefore the visitation ruling remains the same.  Although she was inside the building, Britney did not go into the courtroom and instead kept the Commissioner waiting.  (Here we see K.Fed arriving who was later sworn in.) K.Fed will retain full custody and Britney will not have any visitation rights, the case will go to trial in April.   I think I may correctly assume that if you want your kids back, you have to act like you actually do. Give that a whirl next time Brit.
