Apparently yesterday was National Underwear day, which is interesting because mostly everyone I saw was wearing pants, but then again I wasn't hanging out with Lydia Hearst.  The socialite/girl-kisser hosted an evening of undies last night with a little help from her model friends.  Lydia posed up with some with boys in briefs as well as America's Next Top Model winner Jaslene "I need a sandwich" Gonzalez and hip hop mogul Russell Simmons.  Also there to take in the season's freshest intimates was model Tyson Beckford, now why was he of all people NOT in his underwear?! C'mon celebrities, give the ladies at home something they can work with! 

      

We caught hip hop mogul Russell Simmons in Miami Beach practicing some yoga and maybe pulling out some old break dancing moves...Up Rock into Downward Dog?  It could work!!  Maybe he's meditating on how to remain calm since he split with Kimora Lee, she seems like a handful.  For an older dude, he's pretty flexible.  I'm impressed Rus!
