And now onto another case of infidelity.  We spotted Balthazar Getty's famous friends, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, leaving his Los Angeles home after paying a visit to Balthazar's wife Rosetta Millington and their children.  After initially denying reports of problems (check out Balthazar telling us that everything is just fine) in his marriage, Balthazar has finally come clean about his affair with Sienna Miller. 
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience, especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed by wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

I guess those pictures of him canoodling with Sienna Miller on a yacht are a bit of a smoking gun.  The couple have four children together, including an 8-month-old baby, nice work a-hole!

Ashton Kutcher celebrated his 30th birthday in style last night. Ashton and Demi first dined at the Bowery Hotel in NYC and then moved onto club Socialista, with their A-list guests following behind.  Selma Hayek and her fiance Francois-Henri Pinault showed up as well Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.  Single gals (for the evening) Lucy Liu, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow also attended.  Bruce Willis and Emma Hemming even showed up baring gifts!  Not a bad way to say goodbye to your youth!

WTF are these ladies wearing?  SERIOUSLY.  Rebecca Gayheart thinks she's a ballerina, Tilda Swinton is obviously pretending to be the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz, and someone needs to tell Sandra Oh that "the bigger the better" does not apply to bright pink bows.  Sadly, these weren't the only celebrities who hired the wrong stylist.  Check out the fashion foul-ups from Kate Beckinsale, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Lorraine Bracco, and Kate Hudson.

It seems actress Rebecca Gayheart knows exactly how to keep her man under control. Naughty Rececca grabbed hubby Eric "McSteamy" Dane's manhood as they vacationed aboard a private yacht in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, at the weekend. We don't what Eric had done to deserve this, but we hope it wasn't too painful.
