Is it just me, or is Kelly Osbourne looking really good these days?  We spotted the radio show host outside of the Metropolitan Hotel in London today with slicked down hair and a dark blue dress.  I don't know if she's laying off the booze or is hitting up the gym, but whatever she's doing is working for her.  Then again, maybe it has something to do with who she's doing!  Perhaps her new (younger?) man is adding to her healthy glow.

   

Did Kelly Osbourne pick up her latest boyfriend all the mall?  Seriously, it looks like she scooped him up from the nearest Hot Topic and whisked him away with her older lady charms.  Well, whatever his age may be, that has not stopped Kelly from gettin' all public with new boy toy named Luke Howell; the two were spotted out in London last night leaving the Holland House Party. For her sake, I hope he is young; live it up girl!  You're lookin' hot these days so why not use your cougar skills on some impressionable young dude and push him around a bit...the young ones can be so fun that way.

   

Damn girl!  You look waaaaaaasted. Kelly Osbourne was spotted stumbling out of London hot spot Mahiki last night.  The radio star (who hosts an advice show for teens!) looked like she had one too many as she could barely stand up and her assistant had to help her into a cab.  My guess is that she is nursing an intense hang over right now...hope you had a massive breakfast and tank of Gatorade awaiting you this morning!

      

Old Wino partied up in London last night.  The supposedly rehabbed singer decided to throw a little get together for herself at Bungalow 8.  Clearly not fearing her highly contagious impetigo, Kelly Osbourne, Marc Ronson and Tyler James all showed up to get down with Amy.  Along the way Amy stopped for some snacks and picked up a biography of herself!  She also decided to hang her head out the car window and shout at people on the street.  I thought the Amy Crackhouse days were behind her, guess not.

The Brit Awards were held in London last evening at Earls Court and performer Amy Winehouse once again shows that rehab can do ya good!  The British version of the Grammys, hosted by the Osbourne family, also featured a performance by Rihanna and a special award for Paul McCartney for his contribution to music through out the years.  McCartney's performance was a medley of hits including Hey Jude and Live and Let Die.  In the background was a giant montage in honor of his late wife Linda...an homage that was both a beautiful tribute and a nice f.u. to his other crazy ex-wife Heather Mills.  I wish there was that much scandal at our award shows!

Award show season is sweeping the globe and this time we make a stop in London for the South Bank Awards.  Kelly Osbourne, James MacAvoy, Twiggy, and J.K. Rowling were all on hand, as well as Ron Wood, repin for the old dudes.

Coke Moss, I mean Kate Moss turned 34 yesterday.  To celebrate, she apparently threw a party themed as the year of her birth, 1974.  Kate and friends (including Kelly Osbourne) all in glitter are seen here leaving the Dorchester Hotel where they kicked the night off; if this was how they looked at the start of their night, I'm really intrigued to see how they fared by the end!

Kelly Osbourne ran into a bit of trouble upon her return to the UK.  Apparently when she headed over to the BBC for her Radio 1 show she had to bang on the locked door to get in!  Poor Kelly, maybe the BBC changed their mind about having one of the Osbourne brats run a radio show.

The British Fashion Awards took place in London last night  and it looked like perhaps the most unglamorous award show ever.  No red carpet, salt all over the sidewalk and tons of cops standing around...more like a winter semi-formal.  I wonder if the celebs' parents dropped them off...or maybe they split a stretch limo! Ooh better not show up drunk though, you won't be let in!  But I digress, anyways, Lily Allen looks pretty damn adorable in her pink dress and Kelly Osbourne looks cuteish in red; points for trying!

Kelly Osbourne and her mom, Sharon, were spotted leaving Cipriani restaurant in London Sunday night looking none too pleased with their meal. As Kelly holds her head in the backseat we wonder, was the food really that bad, or did Kelly perhaps have too much wine with dinner? Dad's got the numbers for a few good rehabs if she needs 'em!
