Madonna and Guy Ritchie are officially divorced.  The settlement was reached this morning in a London courtroom where neither Madonna nor Guy were present.

We spotted Guy last night in Liverpool, England with his two sons Rocco and David.  Custody was a crucial point in this divorce and it was decided that Rocco and David will split their time between living in England with their father and America with their mother; Madonna is expected to pay for all travel expenses. 

Lawyers praised Madonna and Guy for the speed in which they settled their divorce; the divided couple managed to work out their differences in just a month. 

Well, now that the divorce is basically over, do you think Madge will step out with A-Rod???  I'm just waiting...

   

Despite the fact that Guy Ritchie and Madonna could be embattled in a bitter custody dispute, we spotted Guy Ritchie getting a turn with his kids.  Guy scooped up sons Rocco and David Banda at Gatwick airport in London this afternoon. 

Guy is currently stationed in London working on the new Sherlock Holmes movie while Madonna continues on her Sweet and Sticky tour.  The Daily Mail claims that Guy has hired a top lawyer in his battle with the singer over where their children should live.  The lawyer is regarded as the leading specialist in divorce cases in which the country of residence of the children is in dispute (Madonna wants Rocco and David to stay in New York and Guy wants them to live in England).
 
Yikes!  This case sounds like its going to be long and brutal.

      

Things are going sooo well for Guy Ritchie right now, NOT.  His wife, the most famous pop star in the world, just dumped his ass and is talking all sorts of shit.  Granted Guy's been firing back, saying that having sex with her was like "cuddling up to a piece of gristle" and now they are reports that he's already moved on.

We spotted Guy, with a thermos of who-knows-what, arriving to the set of Sherlock Holmes in London last night. Sources are saying that Guy is hooking up with Kelly Reilly, who plays Mary in the film.  Well kudos to him for getting back up on the horse, if that is the case, but he doesn't look too excited to be going to work.

   

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's divorce has been confirmed. A statement released by their publicist Liz Rosenberg to the Associated Press a short while ago read, "Madonna and filmmaker Guy Ritchie will end their marriage after nearly eight years...the couple ask the media to maintain respect for their family at this difficult time."

Reportedly Madonna wanted to wait until her Sticky and Sweet Tour was over to announce the split, but Guy couldn't bear the fighting any longer and wanted out, so Madonna agreed to the divorce.  There has been no word yet as to any kind of settlement involving money or the couple's children.

British newspaper The Sun is claiming that not only are Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie set to divorce, the couple will issue an announcement "imminently". 

Madonna and Guy's marriage has undergone a lot of scrutiny in recent months and Madonna has been accused of carrying on extra marital affairs with New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez.

It's said the couple made every last ditch attempt to save the marriage but it simply wouldn't didn't work.  The Sun claims the couple are going public with their split because they “can’t bear to live with the pretence any longer”.

Madonna is currently in Boston for her Sticky and Sweet tour while Guy is working in London on the new Sherlock Holmes film.  Check back for updates...

Madonna was rocking some pretty serious eye makeup tonight at the London premiere of hubby Guy Ritchie's new film, RocknRolla. Madge was obviously going for the Cleopatra look as she ladled on her mascara before her big appearance.. But hey, It worked! She looked a complete vamp on the carpet. Everyone should look this good when they're 50.

    

The Queen of Pop celebrated the big 5-0 over the weekend.  Despite having to endure rumors of infidelity and divorce Madonna enjoyed her day with husband Guy Ritchie by her side looking radiant.  The couple partied at London hot spot Volstead and seemed rather happy to be in each other's company. Hope ya had a good one Madge!

     

It's time for Comic Con; that special time of year when thousands of nerds invade southern California in the name of all things, sci-fi, action and of course, comic books.  Making a stop at this year's convention were Guy Ritchie and Gerard Butler with their new movie RocknRolla. Like the rest of Ritchie's films RocknRolla is set in the London underworld when a stolen painting pits some of  the city's scrappiest tough guys (Butler) against its more established players.  Check out the trailer here and look for RocknRolla in movie theaters this fall.

    

Has Guy Ritchie had enough of Madonna?!  While the singer continues to Kabbalah and work on her new tour in New York, we spotted Guy allll the way on the west coast, in Los Angeles.  Of course Guy wasn't too lonely, as always he had his personal trainer with him!  This dude is starting to seem less like a trainer and more like Guy's personal guru-they are always together!

    

Guy Ritchie seems to be spending an awful lot of time with his personal trainer these days.  We spotted the new power couple going for a walk in Central Park yesterday afternoon, Guy dressed in his best grandpa golfing gear.  If I were him I'd be going on a LOT of walks-I'd walk the hell away from Madonna whenever I got the chance! 
Even though she's the one who's being accused of cheating, doesn't it totally seem like Guy's in the dog house anyways? Poor Guy, he needs to get himself a mistress, just to even out the playing field a bit (although maybe there's more going on with that personal trainer than we think!).
