The annual Council of Fashion Designers of America awards dinner was held at the New York Public library and it appeared to be a 2 to 1 ratio of every two, beautiful ladies to one, well clad designer.  Francisco Costa had Ashley Olsen (smiling!) and Eva Mendes on each arm, while Eva Longoria cuddled up to Tom Ford.  Victoria Beckham shared laughs with her (other) main man Marc Jacobs and Hilary Duff chatted with Michael Kors.  Zac Posen had his arm around Rachel Zoe while Naomi Campbell dined with Andre Leon Talley, who you may remember from a cameo on the second season of The Hills (he put Whitney in the Costume Institute fashion that ran live on the air, then she fell down the stairs, haha).  Basically the whole thing looked like one creepy albeit completely glamorous prom.  I wonder if there was any creeping hands during the slow dance...

          

Eva Mendes, Cindy Crawford and Natasha Bedingfield all lent their support at the 2nd Annual Linked Against Leukemia Gala in New York City last evening.  The event was to benefit DKMS, the largest bone marrow donation center in the world.  The ladies all looked radiant, although I have to say I miss Natasha's little captain's hat from the ASCAP awards. 

      

The annual Met Costume Gala took place last night like a prom for famous people.  And like any good prom, there were the share of guests who decided to let it all hang out!  Does Gisele's dress even count as a dress at this point?  And you couldn't miss Michelle Trachtenberg's pasties, how chic, while her co-star Blake pushed hers up like they were fake!  Eva Mendes looked ethereal in her flowing gown, but unfortch for her it was a little too flowing and she flashed us.  Ah, the Class of 2008, hope ya had a good time kids (and you didn't get too wasted at the after party)!

     

Eva Mendes, who took a day off to visit family and friends in California, headed back to her rehab center of choice today.  We spotted the very serious-looking Eva at LAX; she had been spending time at the Cirque Lodge in Utah working on "personal issues." Well, you can't knock someone from trying to sort themselves out...maybe all the news of Heath and Britney are giving these stars (and hopefully the public) a stern warning about self-abuse. 

INF has captured these first shots of Eva Mendes as she spends the day out of rehab.  Eva visited friends in the Hollywood Hills and spent some time with her fiance George.  Eva had been spending some time at the Cirque Lodge seeking rehabilitation treatment. 

TMZ is reporting that Eva Mendes has been at Cirque Lodge for several weeks now.  The Utah  treatment facility is the same place that housed Lindsay Lohan and other stars who were seeking rehabilitation for substance abuse.
Damn girl, I have to say I really didn't see that coming...but good for you getting help.  Good luck Eva!

We caught up with Cuban bombshell Eva Mendes in Paris.  Those are some crazy sunglasses, but if anyone could pull those off (in the rain no less) she could.  I'm also digging the coat. Eva babe call me, we'll go shopping sometime!

Eva Mendes unveiled her new PETA ad in front of the Ivy in Beverly Hills last night, something tells me that this is going to be a rather convincing campaign!

Oooh Eva's looking pretty hot in this PETA ad, but I guess she wasn't feeling very hot this morning cuz she cancelled her unveiling!  Mendes was slated to appear at Rockerfeller Center this afternoon to promote her new ad, which urges shoppers to buy fake fur instead of the real thing during the holidays.  There was going to be a giant poster of her and PETA elves handing out candy canes and everything!  But at the last moment decided she couldn't cuz she was "ill".  Ill you say,  hmmm...Well I find that funny since we caught

What is Eva Mendes' stylist thinking? She has one of the hottest bods in Hollywood, and here she is standing before her adoring public in a matronly floor-length gown that makes her look like a fat, banana-colored tulip. Do us a favor, Eva. Ditch that stylist pronto!
