So how did Brangelina end up with two babies instead of one?  They used in vitro fertilization!  An article in this week's US Weekly reveals the couple used IVF.  Apparently Brad and Angelina were in rush to have more children, and decided that it would be simplest and easiest to conceive using IVF due to their hectic and conflicting schedules. When looking at the science of twins, it makes sense that Angelina had assistance; when conceiving a child naturally, there is a less than a one percent chance that a woman of her age could have fraternal twins.

So what's next for Brangelina?  We certainly know that they want to add more kids to their brood (Brad says he "wants a soccer team") but how will they arrive?  Will there be another Jolie-Pitt creation or will they pay a visit to another country to find a baby that needs a good home?

Angelina Jolie finally gave birth to twins via c-section Saturday night at the Lenval hospital in Nice, France.  Bringing into the world probably the most anticipated babies in the history of Hollywood, Angelina had a little boy Knox Leon and Viviene Marcheline, both weighing about 5 lbs each. 

"The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly," Angelina's doctor Dr. Michel Sussmann told People. "Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well."

Of course now starts the bidding war.  Figures have been named anywhere from 11-20 million dollars, marking the highest paid baby deal of all the celeb baby deals; however all the proceeds will go to charity...she is Saint Angelina after all!

A big congratulations to the Jolie-Pitts! Babies 5 and 6 have arrived and even though Shiloh is about the cutest thing on earth, she may just have to share that crown!

 Angelina and Brad walked the red carpet in Cannes tonight for the premiere of Angelina's movie Changeling; I always knew Brangelina were a little bit more special than the rest of us!

These pictures of Angelina and Brad dining with Clint Eastwood almost look fake; it's almost as if one person is standing in front of a reflection of a poster or something.  However, dear readers, I can assure you that these shots are very much real and the super powers of Hollywood did indeed take a meal together in Cannes last night.  In addition to premiering Kung Fu Panda, Angelina is also on hand to promote Changeling (directed by Eastwood).  The plot (courtesy of IMDB); a mother's prayer for her kidnapped son to return home is answered, though it doesn't take long for her to suspect the boy who comes back is not hers.
Oh, and for good measure Mick Jagger was there; kind of sounds like the best dinner party ever!

       

Ok, that was my requisite Cannes pun that was necessary to get out of my system so I could get on with my life, but my corniness aside, Angelina looks positively gorgeous!  Dressed in a printed floor length gown, she and Brad were leaving their hotel in Cannes and making their way to dinner this evening.  Brad wasn't looking too bad himself in a navy blue suit and short haircut he is sporting for his latest project Tree of Life.

    

While taking a helicopter ride with his son Maddox, Brad Pitt exposed his newest batch of tattoos on his lower back.  Brad's shirt lifted up to reveal a series of lines and boxes, which are said to represent a map of the New Orleans' levee system which failed when Hurricane Katrina struck in 2005.  Of course we all know that the rebuilding of New Orleans is a passion of Brad's, who started the Make It Right project which builds eco-friendly housing for the victims.
The Brangelina clan has been spending time in the south of France and Monaco where Brad helped Bono to celebrate his 48th birthday. 

    

On first glancing over of these Jolie-Pitt shots I thought "wow, their body guard looks a lot like The Edge"; upon further inspection I found out that it was in fact guitar player, The Edge, from U2!  The Jolie-Pitts, who currently sunnin' and funnin' in the south of France spent the weekend taking a helicopter ride and put in some time at Bono's waterfront home where Maddox and Zahara enjoyed playing in the tidal pools.  Sources say the couple are looking for homes in the area and that Angelina may even give birth to her next child in France; they are seriously the most multi culti family around! 

     

Brad and Angelina are currently sunning themselves and the fam in the South of France. Yesterday they took Zahara on a helicopter ride in Monaco. No sign of the other kids.. they were probably back at the chateau. Brangelina will be making a grand entrance at the Cannes Film Festival next week, where they both have movies to promote.

Let's take a moment shall we, and gaze upon the majestic Jolie-Pitt clan from afar.  We spotted Angelina, Brad and sisters Shiloh and Zahara relaxing in their villa in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, France.  They may be a bit blurry, but that does not make them any less beautiful!

       

Star magazine has retracted their story from the weekend stating that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie married in New Orleans on Saturday. We are told by inside sources that the journalist responsible for the story has also been fired - and that the CEO of American Media Inc (the mag's parent company,) David Pecker, is none too happy about the foul-up.
