The Grammy awards weren't the only award show in town last night-well, globally speaking.  Last night London was home to the annual BAFTA awards. 

The evening played out much like the Golden Globes and SAGs; Slumdog Millionaire once again piled up the awards!  Mickey Rourke took home the mask for Best Actor while Kate Winslet won for Best Actress.  Penelope Cruz won for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Vicky, Christina, Barcelona.

Just weeks after giving birth to a son, Naomi Watts stepped out with husband Liev Schreiber to support him at the New York premiere of Defiance.  Dressed in a belted, navy dress, Naomi was all smiles as she stood next to Liev in his three piece suit.

Also on hand was the film's star Daniel Craig and his girlfriend Satuski Mitchell; co-stars Jamie Bell and Alexa Davalos also joined.

Defiance tells the story of three Jewish brothers escape from Nazi-occupied Poland into the Belarussian forest, where they join Russian resistance fighters and endeavor to build a village in order to protect themselves and others in danger.  It opens in theaters this Friday. 

       

Merry Christmas!  Daniel Craig flaunted his six pack on the sands of St. Barth's over the holiday weekend.  The actor was joined by girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell and friends as they enjoyed the warm weather and some snacks on the beach.

      

The latest 007 flick has made its way to New York City and stirred up some celebrities (and bad fashion) in its wake.

Daniel Craig, aka James Bond, premiered Quantum of Solace at the Film Institute last night.  Looking dapper with his gorgeous girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell on his arm, the couple definitely showed up the other guests with their superior red carpet chic. 

Daniel was joined by actresses Julia Stiles and Debra Messing who would have looked much had they switched dresses.  Julia looked almost frumpy in a purple dress that cut off her legs while Debra wore a black cocktail dress with a bustier top that she could not even come to close to filling out. 

Robert De Niro, who helped to found Tribeca Films, looked casual in a jacket and slacks, but Bobby D. always looks good.

         

Sling or not, Daniel Craig is still a dapper dude.  The latest James Bond movie, The Quantum of Solace, premiered at Leicester Square in London last night.  Actors, actresses and guests were all dressed to the nines as they graced the red carpet in honor of the world's slickest secret agent. 

The newest Bond Girl, Olga Kurylenko, looked ravishing in red while Gemma Arterton was flashy in purple.  Bond and company were joined by supermodel Elle Macpherson and Prince William and Prince Harry. 

Quantum of Solace opens in theaters on Nov. 14, but in the mean time, check out the trailer to tide you over. 

             

Direct from Stonerville!  The red carpet was teeming with celebs last night for the premiere of the Pineapple Express in Hollywood.  The film's stars Seth Rogan and James Franco who play a stoner and a dealer on the run after witnessing a murder were there as well as the films creator and comic mastermind Judd Apatow and his wife Leslie Mann.  Also present were Emma Stone, Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin!), Adrienne Curry, Kanye West, Jim Carey and Jenny McCarthy and Daniel Craig, who is way to fancy to be a movie like that.
