OPRAH 'CHOWS' IN NYC
Submitted by Jess on Tue, 2009-08-11 12:14.
Everybody loooves Oprah!
We spotted the lovely talk show host leaving Phillippe Chow restaurant on the Upper East Side in New York City yesterday with BFFs Gayle King and singer Alicia Keys.
Sunday, Winfrey spent some time in Brooklyn with rapper Jay-Z as he toured her around his Marcy Project neighborhood. The two became quick friends and O even told King that Jay's "my new best friend!"
Winfrey also had her fair share of NYCs best foods this weekend eating at Planet Hollywood in Times Square Saturday night and munching on Hershey Kisses at Dylan's Candy Bar on 3rd on Sunday.
Sounds like a great weekend to me! Unfortunately O was too busy to keep up with her Idol news and was very shocked about Paula Abdul leaving the show!
Watch our vid of Oprah and the girls out to lunch!!
ALICIA KEYS IS SILVER FOX AT THE AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS
Submitted by Mary Beth on Mon, 2008-11-24 00:24.Alicia Keys looked awesome (if I do say so myself) on the red carpet at the American Music Awards tonight! The singer donned a navy blue, one shouldered dress with silver trim and matching accessories. Alicia took home three awards, including Best Soul/R&B Album, congrats!

ALICIA KEYS AND JESSICA ALBA LEND THEIR SUPPORT TO KEEP A CHILD ALIVE
Submitted by Mary Beth on Fri, 2008-11-14 11:57.The guys weren't the only ones who came out for a good cause last night.
Alicia Keys, Jessica Alba and Padma Lakshmi all walked the red carpet last night for the 5th annual Keep A Child Alive's Black Ball at Hammerstein Ballroom. The ladies looked stunning as they showed their support for the organization that provided support to children with HIV/AIDS in Africa and developing countries. Alicia is both a co-founder and global ambassador for Keep A Child Alive and Padma is a global ambassador as well.
Alicia had this to say on the Keep A Child Alive website, "AIDS is 25. As am I. And when I think that AIDS has been around my entire life, a mix of sadness, compassion and anger overcomes me. While the statistics on AIDS are staggering, especially in Africa, we cannot allow their magnitude to immobilize us into inactivity...We must never give up until AIDS treatment and realistic prevention messages go hand in hand across the world..citizens of the world, it's time to stand up and deliver!"
Best and Worst of Grammy Fashion
Submitted by Mary Beth on Mon, 2008-02-11 12:03.
This year's Grammy Awards provided us with some really interesting fashion choices, most of them bad. Some artists looked great; Beyonce's pulled off her sparkly gown and Carrie Underwood, well, it's hard to make her look bad. There were those who didn't look horrendous, but awkward definitely. Pink's dress didn't fit her body and Nelly Furtado and Alicia Keys both had some strange red carpet hair. Chris Brown, you're a cutie, but loose the red pants. And to top the list, as always was Bai Ling, dressed as a Christmas ornament.

Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry swept the American Music Awards Sunday night winning three awards each, proving that America really does love their Idols! The prefab pop tarts of High School Musical took home an award for best soundtrack, while break out solo artists Justin Timberlake and Fergie each won for best solo male and female artist. But whether they they won or not, they stars still came out looking red carpet fabulous.
Love Alicia Keys.. Hate her stylist
Submitted by Jessica on Fri, 2007-10-19 16:39.We here at INF love Alicia Keys. In fact, we have her new single, "No One" on repeat in the office. Unfortunately we couldn't let this horrendous Swarovski crystal corset, puffy skirt, and sparkly knee high boots attire slide. Miss Keys, please hire a new stylist so we can only speak your praises from here on out. We are begging you.

These pictures definitely speak for themselves, and unfortunately they aren't saying anything good. We can't figure out what these celebrities were thinking when they chose their outfits for the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards.... but it couldn't have been happy thoughts. From ill-fitting dresses to tassels and leather, these celebs could really use better stylists. See more pics after the jump.
