Kim Kardashian met up with momager Kris Jenner for lunch at Stanley’s in Sherman Oaks, CA – and boy do these two know how to whet their appetites with conversation.

You see, this was all being filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians (naturally), so they couldn’t have a regular rambling conversation, there had to be a topic. And what better than Kim’s horrific (and apparently worsening) psoriasis?

Now to be clear, Kim Kardashian has gorgeous skin and perfect everything. But she’s got this one minuscule flaw, and it’s just more than she can bear. Most of us are teaming with flaws and could keep a few spots in perspective. But Kim certainly isn’t most of us, and she is gonna stress the f*ck out about this. Which, by the way, is a great way to aggravate psoriasis.

Despite how it seems to be dominating her life, the illness sure isn’t keeping Kim from short shorts, is it?
