We found Kim Kardashian as she was getting her talons polished at the nail salon – and it took a passel of staff to attend to the reality star. Kim got a manicure, a pedicure, and a neck and shoulder massage all at the same time. Not a bad way to pass a Thursday afternoon, huh?

Kim’s been hitting the gym – and the salon – hard lately. She’s supplemented her regular daily gym time with bootcamp classes too. Can anyone guess why? Perhaps it’s due to the return of the Bush and the Tush.

Though Reggie Bush officially denied he was seeing Kim when he was cornered by TMZ’s cameras, no one’s really buying it. The two are almost certainly back on – and apparently Kim feels the need to step up her game for her new (old) man.
