INF Daily’s Miami photogs found little Justin Bieber skateboarding with some of his friends late last night while taking a break from recording his new album “Believe.”

What do you wanna bet that half pipe was erected just for the Biebz? It was either that or a swing set, though I’m surprised they went this way.

Oh yeah – Bieber tweeted a picture of him with Lil Wayne. So that must give this whole thing some sort of authenticity.
