Poor Halle Berry, she’s really struggling to get her broken foot to heal.

Way back in September she brook her foot in Mallorca, Spain, on her day off from filming Cloud Atlas. She was in a cast and crutches for a few weeks, and all seemed good. Then after several months, she was back in a walking cast again in early January, and has been ever since. And now Halle looks to have a regular, non-walking cast (covered by a black sock) and has had to start using crutches again. What’s going on?

When we caught up with her yesterday, Halle was hobbling around, running errands and visiting the doctor. You can tell she’s a woman who likes to keep busy, but maybe after all this time in a cast, she should let her assistant take care of the errands. Poor lady, like she doesn’t have enough to deal with.

Halle’s still in the midst of a drawn-out legal battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. He lost his unsupervised visits with their 3-year-old daughter Nahla after she admitted that she was frightened of him.
