We caught up with 19-year-old Teen Mom Leah Messer as she was taking her two-year-old twin daughters Ali and Aleeah to compete in a kids beauty pageant. From the sound of it, this wasn’t one of those creepy Toddlers & Tiaras type affairs. The girls stood on stage with their parents and waved to the judges – and all without the help of Go Go Juice.

The girls wore coordinating tutu dresses – and Ali won a trophy for prettiest smile while Aleeah won for prettiest eyes.

In a show of support, Leah’s ex-husband Corey Simms was there with his girls. Her fiance, Jeremy Calvert, couldn’t attend the pageant, but made it up to Leah and the girls the next day with a Valentine’s surprise. He showed up at her home with presents, then took Leah and the twins to Pies and Pints for pizza.
