You might have caught a few photos of frighteningly thin Macaulay Culkin floating around the internet, but now INF Daily can exclusively bring you all the pictures from that startling afternoon.

When we found the 31-year-old Home Alone star strolling along a Manhattan sidewalk, we could barely recognize him. His cheeks were sunken, his eyes were flat, and the bones of his face were jutting out. Macaulay was nice enough to pose for photos with some fans, but we have to believe they were a little curious too. What’s going on with this poor guy? He looks to be wasting away.

The curious gossip has run the gamut from the obvious guesses (meth, etc), to the less common – anorexia or a very serious illness.

You’ll also notice in the third picture in the gallery below, you can see not only Macaulay’s collarbone (which is normal), but a very protruding top rib bone as well.

Culkin’s people have denied there’s anything wrong with him, though he did cancel a DJ gig that was scheduled for two days after our photos were published.
