Celeb royalty vs. real royalty: who looked more glamorous this weekend?

On the left we have Prince William and Duchess Catherine at the War Horse premiere at the Odeon Leicester Square in London on Sunday night. Kate was decked out in a stunning black lace Alice Temperley gown. It was form-fitting and a lovely twist of traditional and modern. Will was in a classic tux – and I should point out that unlike the celebs who employ umbrella holders, the prince was able to manage that duty on his own.

On the right we’ve got Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attending the Palm Springs Film Festival on Saturday evening. Brad got the Desert Palm Achievement Award for his roles in Moneyball and Tree of Life. Even with his cane, he still had major swagger. In fact the cane probably added to it. There have been a few guesses about what led to the cane, and Brad cleared it up: he injured his ACL while carrying daughter Vivienne down a hill and slipping. He told reporters, “It was either her or me.” Awwww.

But we’re not voting on the deep stuff here folks; let’s keep it superficial for polling purposes. Who looked more glamourous walking the red carpet this weekend, Will and Kate or Brad and Angie?
