Even weaving her way through NYC traffic, Katie Holmes looks elegant. The actress is back in the city after spending some time in Los Angeles with Tom and Suri. She kept warm in a light gray fuzzy sweater paired with a printed scarf for a pop of color yesterday afternoon. And when we caught up with her this morning, Katie used a red bag and shoes to brighten up her outfit.

While she was appropriately bundled up when we found her, Katie’s gotten a lot of attention this week for her topless shenanigans. Okay “shenanigans” might be overplaying it, since she was paid. Ms. Holmes posed nearly topless for luxury jeweler H.Stern, donning a variety of bathing suits and lingerie that often didn’t “stay in place.”
