Two interesting things going on in these photos of Halle Berry dropping off daughter Nahla at school this morning. first, she’s still rocking a ring on her left hand, even though there’s been no confirmation – or denial – of an engagement to boyfriend Olivier Martinez. Talk, woman!

Secondly, poor Halle’s right foot is in a walking cast! In September she broke her foot in Mallorca, Spain. The actress had a day off while filing Cloud Atlas and simply took a bad step and heard a crack while walking around.

Looks like it must not have healed properly, because Halle’s back in cast again!
