The relationship between George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is still going strong – even though it’s profoundly confusing. But okay. They look good together, and more importantly they both seem genuinely happy. I don’t really get the match, but hey, wish ‘em well.

George is working full-time on his awards season campaign, and Stacy’s along for the ride like a first lady. Last night the couple hit up the National Board of Review Awards Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. Keibler looked gorgeous in a black satin beaded Marchesa gown, and Clooney picked up the Best Actor Award for his performance in The Descendants.

And to top it off George’s other film of 2011, The Ides of March, landed on the National Board of Review’s list of the year’s best movies.
