We caught up with 17-year-old Dakota Fanning as she was out and about in Beverly Hills. Check out her new pink dye job! Do you like? I’m sorta neutral to not enthused about it. But hey, she’s a teenager, they’re supposed to do that sort of thing. Most kids would kill for their awkward rebellious phase to look anything like this.

Whatever your thoughts on her pink hair, Dakota’s outfit is super cute. Love the box pleats on her orange patterned skirt, and the smart pairing with a simple white blouse. The NYU freshman has just a few more weeks in the sunshine state before she has to head back to the chilly east coast for classes. She better enjoy those short skirts while she can!
