INF Daily’s Los Angeles photogs caught up with Miley Cyrus yesterday, wearing an outfit that can only be described as a first degree fashion disaster. Atrocious, faded acid-washed mom jeans and a red plaid collared tank top. Inexcusable.

Luckily Miley has left is with something besides her wardrobe to wonder about: she’s wearing a ring on her left hand that looks like it might be an engagement ring. Given all the canoodling with longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, we’ve naturally got to wonder if the two are engaged?

Now don’t get too excited yet – she’s sported rings on that finger in the past. And hey, anything to detract from that outfit, right?
